Louis Vuitton is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist based in our New York City office that will be responsible for assisting in the management and execution of day-to-day tasks required by the Digital Marketing team to ensure cross-functional and omnichannel LVA business goals are met. This role will include day-to-day management and analysis of email campaigns and for longer-term strategic planning. This role will also assist with Louis Vuitton Paid Search strategy.
The Email Marketing Specialist will own day-to-day execution of email sends via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, organize and maintain email marketing calendar. This role will also analyze and report on campaign performance, create and implement strategies (segmentation, triggers, flows, A/B tests) to improve KPI’s. The Email Marketing Specialist will also work cross-functionally to align email strategy with Merchandising and Production teams, as well as email copywriting. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this person will work closely with agency on new campaign launches, product priorities, tests and reporting, as well as assisting with updating keyword lists and refreshing ad copy.
We are eager to speak to individuals that hold a Bachelor’s Degree and has 3-5 years of experience in the Digital Marketing or related field with an email-heavy role. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and insight skills with fully proficiency with Google Analytics, including building custom reports. The ideal candidate will also have hands on experience with an enterprise-level email service provider, is highly organized and detail oriented. Comprehensive understanding of luxury fashion in terms of content, visuals, copy, and client experience is required. Lastly, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Photoshop and proficiency in French or Portuguese is a plus.
