Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all payment transactions on the shift and to report and discrepancies.
• To provide a high-quality retail environment for all Golf & Leisure Shop customers.
• To provide a high level of service to all Golf & Leisure Shop customers, to ensure that financial targets are attained and that customer satisfaction is achieved.
• To provide a high level of service to all Golf & Leisure Shop customers, to ensure that financial targets are attained and that customer satisfaction is achieved.
• contribute to retail policy and stock ordering, to maximize revenue potential.
• To assist in general shop and service-related duties to ensure functioning of Golf & Leisure Shop as both retail and service environment.
• To carry out other duties as may be required to ensure the Hotel Operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction.
• To be responsible for stock control, transfers and movements.
• To achieve designated Hotel profit margins by generating turnover against cost of sales.
• To perform all banking as required and in line with cash handling policy
