Job Description:

This position will help grow the Homes & Villas (HVMI) business by identifying, vetting, and performing due diligence on Home Management Companies (HMCs). To accomplish this, the role will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to review, approve, and finalize contract materials and manage the technical onboarding of HMCs and/or Connectivity Providers.  Success in the position requires working with pace and problem solving in order to onboard HMCs to meet individual unit goals and bring on inventory that contributes to meeting team goals on Revenue, Booking Rate and Intent to Recommend.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and maintains complete and up-to-date information to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Works with Senior Manager, Development to identify, initiate, and analyze potential partnerships.
  • Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Complies with national, regional and local laws in the markets we operate.
  • Manages HMC / Connectivity Provider relationships in the initial period before they are handed over to Account Management.
  • Works with team to use processes and systems that are in place and make recommendations for incremental improvements, implementing these recommendations where appropriate.
  • Manages the flow of questions from HMCs / Connectivity Providers and other partners, directing questions and escalations to the Senior Manager, Development.
  • Informs, updates, and provides information to supervisors, co-workers in a timely manner.
  • Attends and participates in all relevant meetings.
  • Maintains positive working relations with internal customers, HMCs / Connectivity Providers and the wider HVMI team.
  • Manages time effectively and conducts activities in an organized manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

  • High school diploma or GED and 7 years’ experience in the business, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area OR 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management (or equivalent international degree) and 3 years’ experience in business / partnership development, real estate / home rental development, property management, hotel industry or other relevant business experience, demonstrating a pattern of exceptional performance
