Job Description:

As a member of the EMEA Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Team based in Central London, you will support employer brand strategy, digital marketing and communications as part of the team’s mission to enable Marriott International and its brands to attract, engage, educate and retain world-class talent.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting for use by stakeholders in the field and at Headquarters as required
  • Liaising with hotels to assist with local recruitment events and opportunities
  • Assisting in the implementation and tracking of the continent level Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing Plan
  • Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of a Social Content Calendar to source content from our hotels across EMEA for use on our Social Channels
  • Liaising with our Agency partners and Primary Job Board Channels to deliver our Recruitment Marketing Strategy across EMEA
  • Acting as a point of contact for hotel queries and troubleshooting related to our Job Board Distribution and Recruitment Marketing Strategy
  • Coordinating the delivery and localisation of our Employer Branding Assets including print material, photography and videography
  • Assist in the preparation of multilingual emailers to promote our roles to our database and those of our Job Board partners as required
