Job Responsibilities:
- Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports
- Complete orders and inventory
- Set up and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Ensure staff are working together as a team
- Welcome guests & attend to tables
- Monitor dining room for seating, availability & service
Job Requirements:
- To report any damaged and missing items, and maintenance faults to the Executive Head Housekeeper as soon as possible.
- To clean corridor areas within the section, or complete any other tasks as allocated by the Executive Head Housekeeper.
- To carry out other duties as required, to ensure the hotel operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction.
- To service bedrooms, using cleaning materials and equipment as instructed by the Executive Head Housekeeper.
- To remove any lost property left in the room, and give it to the Executive Head Housekeeper.
- To renew any guest supplies to the correct level.
