Job Responsibilities:
As part of our family of associates you will host a blend of guests & events including weddings, sports teams, corporate guests & leisure visitors:
- Standing and walking for long periods of time
- Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
- Working on own initiative
- Serving large functions
- Working across the Food and Beverage departments (restaurant, Bar as well as Conference and Banqueting)
- Working within a fast paced environment
- Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
Job Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Previous serving experience is a big plus
- Proactive approach
- Ability to anticipate guests needs
- Bar experience advantageous
- Well presented
- Flexibility
- Team player
