Your role as a Front Office Associate you will be expected to supply the highest possible level of customer care and service whether in the public eye or in the Heart of the House, liaise with housekeeping for the daily allocation of rooms. You will be an informative member of the team educating guests on knowledge of hotel rates and special rates and the hotels facilities a grounds. You will learn how to understand the correct reservation procedures and to take any reservations in the absence of the reservation’s agent. You will be operating the telephone and using the Fidelio and Micros systems. As a Front Office Associate you will be responsible for all payment transactions on the shift and to report any discrepancies. All Marriott policies on cash, key and all Controls are adhered to and followed consistently.
