Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and dynamic Sous Chef join the world leading hospitality company. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Kitchen management in the day to day running of the kitchen
• Encourage a fun working environment and supporting the team in their training and development
• Follow menu specifications to cook mouth-watering dishes for hungry guests
• Support the kitchen management in maintaining food safety, kitchen cleanliness and food labelling and storage
• Be a role model for the Marriott culture

Job Requirements:

• Enjoys the fast-paced kitchen environment
• Has experience in a similar role
• Is organised and has people management skills
• Is proactive, reliable and can support varying shifts including weekends and bank holidays
• Has NVQ Level 1 & 2 (or equivalent)
• Is a team player and an excellent communicator (verbal, listening, writing)
