Job Description:

The PMO Lead has a dotted line into Global Technology and Lead IOM Segment team. As part of the Global PMO extended team will attend Team Meetings, accept and deliver (appropriate) tasks assigned, participate in group activities and assignments to both suggest and implement process improvements for technology function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement global strategies and set project quality and performance standards.
• Lead scope definition, market deployment roadmaps, integrated project schedules, roles and responsibilities, program status (reporting), governance, alignment, risk mitigation, issue resolution and communications.
• Participate in Global Technology Annual Budget Planning activities.
• Organize and run planning workshops for major initiatives.
• Partner with local Market Teams, including Technology, Digital, Marketing and Operations to deliver comprehensive localised solutions.
• Perform Project retrospectives to ensure any lessons are learned and carried forward.
• Coordinate robust teams made up of Corporate IT technical product and service project managers, ensuring key priorities are moved forward with speed.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Minimum of 7 years professional experience.
• Experience of virtual working with remote teams.
• Minimum of 2 years working with Digital and Retail Technologies (Mobile Apps, ecommerce, Self-Order Kiosk, POS, Home Delivery).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Desire and ability to build strong, cohesive relationships at all levels of the organization; up, down, and across.
• Ability to travel internationally (adhering to Country and Company Corporate safety guidelines)
• Adapts to changes in priorities with ease, comfortable working “in the grey” while defining the way forward.
• Minimum of 3 years leading sophisticated cross-functional IT initiatives.
• Shown technical acuity.
• Experience of working with globally dispersed teams. You need to be willing to accept that you will need to attend some calls outside of normal working hours due to the differing time zones and the need to work with people located outside Germany.
• Proficient in German and English language!
• Experience working in a highly ambiguous matrixed organization.
• Project Management Qualification and a willingness to receive further training
• Exceptional influencing skills, building followership, and empowering teams from planning to delivery of solutions.
