Job Description:

Guest Help and Information looks after Adventurers before, during and after their visits with us. Prior to any expedition there is lots of planning required and working within the Guest Experience department you will be on hand to provide all the assistance our Adventurers need to plan their time with us. You’ll also be the main point of contact when things don’t quite go to plan.

On a daily basis you will be greeting & interacting with Adventurers, dealing with any feedback that they may have in a professional and calm manner, and investigating this further where necessary. You will also provide advice and solutions to guest enquiries, take care of any items our Adventurers may lose during their expeditions, provide height verification checks and issue Ride Access Passes. Alongside assisting our Adventurers while they’re here, you’ll play a key role in responding to enquiries and feedback received via email and post, ensuring a prompt response to all correspondence.

In this role you will take pride in giving truly memorable experiences to our guests and will have fantastic communication and organisation skills to control difficult situations with sensitivity. You will resolve any issues quickly with a sense of urgency and a determination to see a job through to its completion.
