Job Description:

We are currently recruiting a Hotel Retail Host (over 18’s only) who will h elp to achieve all targeted KPIs whilst delivering an exceptional guest experience. To ensure the delivery of world class guest service. To maintain the safe operation of units in accordance to all policies and procedures. Assist in the full delivery of the Retail Vision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the absence process is fully adhered to.
• Actively drive sales to achieve targeted KPIs – upselling.
• Serving customers using the point of sale till system.
• Ensure all H&S procedures are adhered to.
• Support the Team Leader (TL) in completing the weekly Standards Audits on the Area.
• Help to ensure that all stock control processes are fully adhered to.
• Deliver all aspects of the Retail Service Academy in their units including upselling.
• Actively demonstrates excellent customer service at all times.
• Deliver and develop their own additional responsibilities as discussed and agreed with their Senior Host, Supervisor and Retail Manager.
• Deliver exceptional guest service in their units ensuring that all guest service KPIs are delivered.
• Support the TL in ensuring full compliance within their Units of all Cash and Loss Prevention procedures as laid down in the relevant BSPs.
• Help to ensure the daily operation of the unit complies with all retail BSP.
• Deliver excellent store standards across all disciplines ensuring that all relevant BSPs are fully delivered.
