Job Responsibilities:

In these varied roles you may be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on SEA LIFE related goodies, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative. You could be working on the front line in our restaurant, catering for our day visitors, kids’ parties or for special events.

You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit. You could find yourself helping customers at any point throughout the attraction! You will have strong communication skills coupled with the ability to interact with our guests, plenty of enthusiasm and energy, and be a reliable team player.

Job Requirements:

It goes without saying that you’ll have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment that puts the customer at the heart of everything. You’ll be able to demonstrate how your customer service skills are second to none and that you’re a natural when it comes to interacting with people of all ages. You will also need to be flexible and highly self-motivated to remain focused in this fast paced and fun environment.
