Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Enterprise infrastructure Engineer to join MetLife’s Desktop Services department engineers, implements, and provides 3rd level support for innovative, customer-centric solutions in a collaborative and fast paced work environment. We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team and help continue to enhance a world-class global technology organization. This Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer provides support and research on highly technical systems supporting MetLife’s desktop environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership within the team and collaborate with others on the team as well as other teams to deliver integrated solution to the end user.
• Independently research and advance knowledge of new technologies and concepts.
• Leverage deep technical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve complex technology issues.
• Leverage superior customer service skills to work with users and management on the issues unable to be resolved by earlier levels of support.
• Represent End-user Computing organization in a wide array of IT application and infrastructure projects requiring broad knowledge of Operating System and Browser configurations and Infrastructure integration, requiring excellent collaboration and partnering capabilities.
• Leverage project management skills to manage end-user technology projects, such as migrations, deployments, and introducing new technology solutions.

Qualification & Experience:

• 1+ years Modern Endpoint Management experience leveraging Microsoft Intune (or similar)
• 5+ years technical experience supporting Windows OS, desktop hardware, applications, web-based applications, and cloud-based systems and services in an environment of over 50,000 end-users
• 2+ years PowerShell and other scripting tools to integrate technologies and provide seamless solutions
• 1+ years creating, implementing, and troubleshooting GPOs
• 2+ years Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management/System Center Configuration Management (MECM/SCCM)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline and/or Microsoft Professional IT Certifications
• 2+ years Ivanti Desktop Management Suite (or similar)
