Job Responsibilities: Be the key resource for Digital Marketing reporting, analysis and recommendations Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for channel managers and stakeholders to support optimization Track and report on KPIs in support of department/company goals and objectives for existing and test initiatives Run or automate weekly reports from key tools, including Google Analytics, Customer Data Platform, Microsoft Excel Keep pace with consumer, technology, and strategic change Ask the right questions and use that information to determine the impact on shared KPIs Work in close collaboration with Marketing Analytics Manager and team to execute and distribute research and insights that help drive strategic decisions Lead the continued development of our marketing channel attribution analysis Job Requirements: Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills. Ability to shift from channel-specific to holistic thinking Experience with querying data from a database and turning into a report with insights that can be presented to leadership Expert knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus Minimum of 4 years work experience as an Analyst or equivalent position required Preferred Educational Level: BA/BS or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field Preferred intermediate SQL querying ability and understanding of relational databases.
