Job Responsibilities:

• As Deputy Director for Transformation Project Implementation, you will deliver the Shared Services Future Operating Model Blueprint for the Ministry of Justice and manage the supply chain of delivery partners to configure, test and deploy this solution.
• Whilst you will sit in the Project Delivery Function, you will be accountable to the Chief People Officer Director of People Group who is SRO for this Programme and you will work closely with the overall Programme Director on a day to day basis. As such, you will have a dual responsibility to play a part as a senior leader in the Project Delivery Function as well as within the programme.
• You will be wholly accountable for the delivery of the Future Operating Model Blueprint and the subsequent implementation of the technology solutions that will underpin this up to and including the deployment of the new solution
