Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be building a pipeline of external and internal candidates to support our proposition and future demand. You’ll be providing consultative recruitment expertise, support and advice to your stakeholders, while providing an exceptional candidate experience and making sure they’re supported throughout the recruitment process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make sure that clear commitments and accountabilities are outlined with business stakeholders through clear and consistent vacancy contracting
  • Identify and drive cost efficiency initiatives across all Talent Acquisition processes
  • Actively participate in career development days
  • Deliver one-to-one consultations to support colleagues going through the redeployment and outplacement process, including offering advice on CVs, interview techniques and personal branding
  • Manage the proposition to candidates and business stakeholders in partnership with senior colleagues
  • Work effectively with your business area(s) to support them with the end- to-end recruitment journey

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of recruitment market dynamics
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence and partner at a senior level
  • Experience of translating resourcing strategies into workable and commercially focused plans
  • Knowledge and experience of resourcing and supplier models
  • Knowledge and experience of using a variety of selection methods
