Job Description:

The Business Analytics and E-Commerce Specialist will support the Dairy Business Unit to drive E-commerce growth by translating the BU Strategy into tactics and actions. He/she will also support the Business Unit team with Analytics that will help better understand sell out and market share trends/ insights and drive key decision making on the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring efficient utilization/Analysis of the Sell-out Data received from Regional Customers reports
  • Share a monthly dashboard in the MOR for the sell-out share Performance per brand per country, and highlight insights/findings and actions with the respective brand team and country trade marketing team

  • Prepare and share the Market share report (AC Neilson) with all countries using advanced Tool.
  • Provide MS analysis per Region for KSA & UAE
  • Challenge AC Neilson for any Variation, abnormal results or Discrepancies
  • Prepare relevant presentations to management
  • Prepare and communicate monthly sales reports & analytics using agreed communication tools and formats
  • Consolidate all reports from trade marketing team using the agreed communication tools and formats & ensure their adherence to timeline
  • Ensure best in class availability (Enlisting) & Visibility (CGI’s & Advanced E-content) with all key E- Retailers
  • Drive a strong promotional calendar online (Omnichannel) across big retailers in key Markets
  • Integrate Media in E-commerce and drive awareness about launches, new Campaigns & Promotions
  • Expand the E-retailers customer base in MENA and mobilize the trade marketing team to expand Nestlé Dairy Business across countries
  • Analyze the E-Commerce sales and share insights to improve Performance through Monthly Dashboard
  • Responsible with the Brand Manager to define and optimize Delegated Product Fixed Marketing Expense (PFME) strategy and allocation for E-commerce, and is accountable for tracking and maintaining efficient spending

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales and data analysis skills; ability to generate and analyze monthly reports
  • Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent use of Microsoft office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce/Admin
  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales with a demonstratable performance; E-commerce and digital knowledge is a major plus
  • Candidate must be based in the UAE
  • English is a must, Arabic is a plus
