Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the preparation and creation of food
• Contributing to a restaurant environment that makes everyone feel at home

• Make sure guests feel the love when they walk in the door by:
• Sticking to food safety standards
• Train, develop and coach team members during your shift

Job Requirements:

• Be versed in the art of leading people (previous supervisory or management experience is preferred)
• Have pride in who you are and what you do
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Meet the minimum criteria in a background check
• Must have reliable transportation to and from your Team Lead gig
• Be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a Cook, Line Server, and Cashier
• Be willing to work a variety of shifts
