Job Description:

We are looking to hire an entrepreneurial and inspirational leader to become an Assistant Manager of our franchise retail store. We need someone who is comfortable taking responsibility for the store as their own business and success and leadership of their team while also following the company standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the store’s daily visual presentation.
  • Driving sales to meet or exceed targets and financial goals.
  • Actively provide coaching and feedback to develop employees in their position and help them grow.
  • Ensuring the store operations are run smoothly, safely and efficiently and the environment is always appealing and engaging for the customer.
  • Providing exceptional customer service on a consistent daily basis.
  • Coaching and developing the team; and leading by example.
  • Must be comfortable navigating difficult conversations with professionalism, poise and kindness
  • Managing the store team to perform at their highest level.
  • Selling on the showroom floor when necessary.
