Job Description:

The Delivery Specialist provides the highest level of customer service through sales support, delivery management and execution, and merchandising activities including, but not limited to the key responsibilities below. The Delivery Specialist accomplishes these in a way that is consistent with the RAC mission statement and core values, to foster lasting relationships and to treat our customers like family.

Job Responsibilities:

• Load truck per policy to protect merchandise
• Execute deliveries at the time requested or scheduled by the customer
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure top-notch customer experience for all delivery interactions.
• Install merchandise and instruct on proper use
• Pick-up merchandise from customer homes as assigned
• Keep assigned vehicle(s) clean and maintained, as required, for safe operation
• Complete customer service and product service in a timely manner as assigned
• Follow all safety, handling and transportation procedures to avoid personal injury and property damage
• Perform other duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good reading, speaking, listening skills
• Ability to follow instructions and utilize problem solving skills
• Heavy lifting and moving
