Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior International Ecommerce Manager, you will take control of the planning, coordination and delivery of all Visual Merchandising and digital campaigns across the European websites and drive the delivery of successful email-channel marketing activity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help to develop and manage our digital CRM capabilities working alongside internal and external partners
  • Own the promotional schedule for our European websites, ensuring the correct promotions and events are visually prioritised
  • Work with the Internal Design Agency to manage the prioritisation of design briefs into the Design Team ensuring that briefs are clear and complete before designers begin working on them
  • Work alongside the International Commercial Planning Team to curate product lists into promotional stories and deliver visual merchandising campaigns built around these while also ensuring stories are in line with the wider campaign creative
  • Work alongside the International Ecommerce and Marketing teams to ensure clear communication and a coordinated campaign across all areas
  • Managing & co-ordinating the sending/ delivery of marketing emails
  • Create wireframes & briefings for onsite visual merchandising campaigns and marketing emails, constantly testing designs/content, to increase performance & sales
  • Provide feedback to the International Commercial Planning and Ecommerce Teams on the efficacy of promotions and advise of ways to enhance future campaigns
  • Liaise with the wider Screwfix team to ensure pricing and stock are in place
  • Support the European websites, by owning and driving the delivery of the email-channel marketing activity across our European markets

Job Requirements:

  • European language skills in one or more European Language, is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated with the ability to work to targets in a deadline driven environment
  • Great attention to detail and a high standard of organisational skills
  • Experienced in delivering engaging digital campaigns in a retail environment
  • Understanding of website content management and conversion rate optimisation
  • Proven ability to brief and shape online creative for onsite promotions
  • Ambition and drive to learn / develop new skills
    Experience in using Web Analytics to drive insight and identify key opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload and to work calmly under pressure
  • Ability to select products, price points and promotions that will drive sales
