Job Description:
A Sonic Assistant Manager is charged with managing the productivity of our Cooks, Fountains, Crew Members and Skating Carhops to provide the highest level of customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Training, monitoring, coaching and encouraging
- Directing and assigning tasks to Sonic employees
- Ensuring outstanding customer service
- Following and monitoring compliance with operational standards
- Following and monitoring compliance with food safety procedures
- Following and monitoring compliance with security policies
- Maintaining and adjusting staffing levels
- Maintaining a clean Sonic Drive-In
- Performing opening, closing, inventory, and administrative tasks
- Respectfully addressing employee and customer issues
- Exhibiting and encouraging a sense of urgency
