Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with Data analysis and reconciliation on Salesforce Platform
- Assist with streamlining business process
- Drive value added planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process
- Manage and conduct budget review meetings; present information to the sales leaders; manage and maintain a centralized annual budget tool; research trends and variances to plan; and manage the general and administrative expenses for the sales team
- Liaise with reporting group and other analysts to share best practices
- Create documentation for business definitions of report as well as process
- Develop and manage advanced reporting and dashboards for business units in Salesforce
- Assisting with all implementation processes, i.e. data migration, mass creation of account and initial user set-up.
- Perform routine and ad-hoc analysis utilizing financial modeling, business analysis techniques, and using broad range of tools including Salesforce and Excel
- Contribute to and participate in major regional projects and initiatives, including analysis, coordination, and presentation, as required.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities. Able to develop and adapt business processes after evaluating multiple solutions
- Ability to analyze business reports and solve problems
- Strong interpersonal skills when working cross functionally
- Strong communication, both verbal and written
- Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Power Point and Word) required and working experience with Salesforce
- Good Organizational skills and Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment and proactively develop solutions with minimum guidance.
