Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and make recommendations to improve existing Supply Chain processes and Business rules
• Manage and execute timely communications surrounding issues being encountered in the Supply chain and suggested solutions.
• Audit and process ocean freight invoices billed by service providers.
• Run and distribute weekly metrics for Origin management 3PL
• Coordinate airfreight requests
• Arrange and Drive monthly carrier meetings
• Communicate and coordinate with ocean providers and Origin Management 3PL to ensure high standards of supply chain are met, which includes on time booking, tendering, shipping, and delivery to final Staples’s facility
• Analyze reports to manage upcoming shipments to insure on time shipping

• Problem resolution – Proven ability to proactively identify business issues and provide results or completed action plans and resolutions
• 2-4 years’ experience in import Logistics
