Subway Careers – Manager, Creative

Job Description:

Providing an exceptional customer experience is a cornerstone of the Subway brand values. The Creative Manager will be responsible for the creative aspects of internal and external advertising campaigns for the Subway Brand, from ideas to execution. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy – thriving with the ever-changing needs of the market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Have strong working knowledge of design and are able to think conceptually and execute with precision
  • Plan and prepare concepts of work by gathering client information and any necessary marketing materials
  • Produce and create digital web and print solutions, including digital banners, direct mail and proposals
  • Collect/understand design requirements to ensure consistency of brand identity internally and externally
  • Ensure graphic solutions are approved and optimized for integration, performance and usability
  • Ability to lead and execute marketing initiatives – leveraging internal support and driving collaboration amongst teams
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid channels for content creation, campaigns, digital event management, social media campaigns, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis and more
  • Works with consumer insights team to understand consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Job Requirements:

  • BA or BS Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • Prefer knowledge UI/UX experience, specifically within WordPress and Adobe XD (Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus), Adobe Creative Suite
  • 5-7 years of experience foodservice or agency in related roles or brand marketing/field marketing/creative teams
