Job Description:

  • The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for ensuring that the end to end Supply Chain, from supplier to store, runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, enabling us to deliver the best possible availability for our customers. The Supply Chain Manager works collaboratively alongside suppliers, commercial and retail teams, taking direct responsibility for warehouse and store availability, stock health management and stock budget management, across all routes to market. This role reports to the Head of Supply Chain, AS Watson UK.

Job Requirements:

  • You need to have experience in leading a Supply Chain team, with responsibility for many SKUs, suppliers and stakeholders
  • You need to have an in depth understanding of end to end supply chain management and the associated complexities
  • You need to understand the core principles of a distribution operation and inventory management
  • You need to have a working knowledge of general retail commercial processes
  • You need to be proactive, enjoy problem solving, and root cause analysis
