Job Description: Texas Instruments (TI) is searching for a trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented person with excellent follow-through skills who is able to maintain confidentiality, have fun and be highly effective in a team environment. This position will provide direct support to a Vice President at Texas Instruments. The ideal candidate will be an effective problem solver, demonstrate good judgment, be a good collaborator and team player, have strong verbal and written skills and be able to communicate with all levels of management. Job Responsibilities: Preparing documents & presentations in support of the business Initiating and maintaining contacts of a complex nature, both inside and outside of company, demonstrating a professional demeanor in interfacing with senior-level executives, employees, customers and vendors Researching and compiling special reports Order recognition awards for organization Proactively prioritizing projects, meetings & schedules to meet business/leader needs Working with team to plan worldwide meetings and employee celebrations. Assisting the team with preparations & execution of critical business meetings.
