Toyota Employment – Shared Services Manager

Job Description:

The Shared Services Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and administering the Shared Services program in support of Toyota Motor Credit Corporation ’s (TMCC) “Grow New Business” strategy. This position plays an integral role in developing the ability to scale a shared services program to meet the needs of new business growth, both internally and externally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand company key strategic transformation initiatives and work with multiple business units to create a comprehensive strategic approach
  • Communicate clear and concise objectives of the workstream, define what successful completion looks like
  • Utilized project dashboards to report on project results, completion metrics
  • Escalate risks and impediments to appropriate parties and ensure mitigating actions are taken
  • Work with business to identify critical path, key milestones, impediments, success metrics
  • Utilize best practices of change management to drive effective communication between cross departmental teams and the impacted business functions, as well as the larger Toyota Financial Services /Toyota organization as needed
  • Play an integral role in developing the ability to scale a shared services program to meet the needs of new business growth, both internally and externally
  • Utilize extensive network to drive participation in and execution of assigned workstream
  • Partner with change management functions within the Enterprise Transformation group and the Enterprise Change
  • Management team to develop and recommend specific change management strategy

Job Requirements:

  • PMP Certification
  • Experience in performance monitoring that includes providing quarterly updates
  • Ability to identify and manage issues and risks/impediments
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) or equivalent professional work experience
  • Relevant work experience in project management; leading and managing multiple projects
  • Experience working with KPI’s
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels, including executive leadership/level
  • Microsoft Office, Teams, VLOS, V8 Account Connect
  • Experience and understanding of process mapping
