Job Description:

As a Cloud Security Manager, you will d rive the cloud security and manage live incidents and threats to TSB, whilst ensuring security parameters remain at the appropriate levels to protect TSB and its customers. You will also provide relevant cloud infrastructure, SME security knowledge in all new and existing programmes across TSB

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead on defining secure configuration for baseline builds for the cloud estate
• Scan estate for compliance on the cloud estate
• Continuously review and audit any shortfalls between actual security measures and established policy, developing and monitoring improvement plans and actions
• Develop and maintain risk, issue and change registers for Cyber security
• Responsibility for execution of NIST control framework requirements
• Drive the implementation of Cloud security strategy, policy, controls, services, metrics and compliance
• Identify all cloud assets
• Manage delivery and operation of Cloud vulnerability scanning, database activity monitoring, endpoint protection, tools and services
• Drive and track onboarding of Cloud assets to security tooling
• Track, drive & identify vulnerabilities to the cloud estate

Job Requirements:

• Preferably educated to a degree level or above in an Information Security related discipline. May also have certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CSSLP or equivalent
• Any development certification from any major programming language such as Java, .Net, etc
• Experience in the financial services sector
• Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast past environment
• Good understanding of offensive / defensive techniques and awareness of any open source framework such as OWASP ESAPI etc
• Experience with implementing security on AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform or other equivalent Cloud Service Provider
• Familiarity with deployment orchestration, automation and security configuration management tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform
• Experience of integrating tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Prisma Cloud, Qualys in a Cloud environment
