Job Description:

The analyst developer will be part of our digital technology personalization and content team responsible for managing the end-to-end digital content production process using various enterprise content management systems. The candidate will also be responsible for implementing content and front end code changes on United’s digital touchpoints (including united.com, the United mobile app, email and kiosks) as it relates to front end design and marketing activities in support of Marketing Communications, Merchandising, Personalization, Reservations, Airport Operations, DevOps and Loyalty initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responding to, supporting, and implementing customer communications for operational issues, outages, and crisis response that require straightforward solutions
• Modifying and maintaining digital content for United’s channels; editing of internally and externally produced digital content
• Building content on United’s digital interactive channels (web pages, , mobile ap content placements, digital ads, etc.)

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and .net languages
• 2+ years of related experience
• Overall understanding of SEO, Social Media and Creative Design for the web and the importance of it
• Digital interactive publishing (web) including internet protocols, browsers, cross-browser and cross platform implementation and testing, foreign character displays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Demonstrate initiative, excellent communication, project management/process optimization skills, and a strong commitment to quality
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of related experience
• Experience with content management systems and Knowledge Base applications
