Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Operational Communications is responsible for leading a team that creates thoughtful, engaging, clear communications for our frontline employees. They will partner with senior leaders to build and drive communications strategies that support employees to do their jobs efficiently and deliver great service

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for the creation and implementation of operational communications
  • Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns that support business priorities and drive behavior change
  • Create, edit, manage and publish relevant content
  • Design a comprehensive channel strategy that enables content to reach the frontline in ways that work best for their environment
  • Provide communications counsel/support for top leaders and key subject matter experts
  • Develop deep knowledge of frontline audiences and their communications preferences to represent their needs at the CSC (Willis Tower Corporate Support Center)
  • Monitor effectiveness of operational communications materials and channels; use data to make planful decisions about communications

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work effectively & efficiently in cross-functional teams
  • Marketing/communications trends – technology, approach, psychology
  • Proven ability to create integrate communications plans
  • Superior business writing and editing skills
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision/goal

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3+ years in project management
  • 1+ years leading people
