Job Description: This Communications Consultant will be responsible for managing policy documentation update workflow and related Medical Policy updates communications. They will need to be able to interpret the changes made to policies and document in such a way that the end users will be able to understand what is different or new. Job Responsibilities: Determining appropriate content distribution channels and related communication strategies Managing monthly policy communication and documentation workflow Auditing & editing of policy document formatting prior to publication Working collaboratively with policy authors to ensure content integrity and usability Posting of policy documentation to the applicable internal and external web portals Leading/coordinating large scale policy documentation projects and corresponding communication plans Overseeing production, approval, and distribution of materials Developing policy update announcements for internal and external audiences Job Requirements: Excellent analytical skills Ability to multi-task, shifting back and forth effectively among multiple activities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Adobe PDF, and Cisco Jabber Ability to present information to large diverse audiences Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 2+ years personnel or workflow management experience Maintain flexible approach to managing tasks and fulfilling responsibilities Excellent interpersonal skills, including flexibility, patience, and ability to understand the needs of others 3+ years project management experience leveraging cross-functional teams Extremely detail orientated with focus on quality/quality assurance Ability to think outside of the box 3+ years business writing experience in a matrixed organization Ability to work in ever changing, fast-paced environment Able to work with minimal supervision Job Details: Company: UnitedHealthcare Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: New Haven, CT, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyoptions.com
