Job Responsibilities: Manage activity for promotions in top regional US markets and Canada as well as assisting the team with their national, dual-park campaigns. Oversee day-to-day project management and execution of Global Media Promotions all utilizing high-profile intellectual properties. Job Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of on-site Grand Opening events for major attraction launches at Universal Orlando. Performs other duties as assigned. Assist in the development and execution of strategic national promotional campaigns especially during NBCU symphony windows and major attraction launches at Universal Orlando. Liaise internally with creative, legal, fulfillment, brand, events, production, etc. to track and ensure the effectiveness and success of all programs. Identify opportunities to pitch & secure new and emerging promotional partners (“big fish”). Research, pitch and project manage promotional partnership campaigns in key Canada markets. Research, pitch and project manage the execution of Radio and TV promotional campaigns in key local US markets. Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. Job Requirements: Must possess strong project management, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with the ability to work under firm deadlines and within a rapidly changing environment. Must be highly detail oriented and able to take initiative, anticipate next steps and offer recommendations of possible solutions. Superior business writing skills a must. Strong creative skills with prior campaign management experience a plus. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Communications required. 4+ Years marketing experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
