Waitrose Job Application – Vehicle Body Repair Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• To help with the development of apprentice technicians
• To support the John Lewis Partnership Commercial Vehicle Fleet (van, truck and trailer) in line with Central Transport maintenance strategy
• To repair, metal, plastics and fibreglass
• To repair and maintain Waitrose fleet vehicles in line with manufacturers specifications
• To work within a growing team assisting the Panel and Paintshop

Job Requirements:

• LGV (Large Goods Vehicle) C+E driving licence Full UK driving licence
• City and Guilds 1,2,3 Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent qualification
• A proven background in transport commercial vehicle repairs
• A knowledge of commercial vehicle legislation and road-worthiness
