Job Responsibilities:

• Present recommendations for resolving real estate agreements and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in lease acquisitions and dispositions
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Review and negotiate real estate acquisitions, dispositions and complex lease transactions with high financial liability
• Conduct site evaluations, prepare market data, negotiate terms and condition
• Dispose of surplus space
• Hire and supervise outside consultants, review leases and contract documentation

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience of cross functional collaboration
• 2+ years of Properties experience, Lease Negotiation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience in Properties, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience in high volume environment
