Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant. This position supports and is responsible for delivering a variety of Information & Cyber Security (ICS) involved or sponsored enterprise initiatives involving risk reduction for the corporation. Assignments are a mix of activities that either require ICS to complete work, or assignments in which ICS is asking others to complete work. He/she will facilitate and help enable the Lines of Business and support teams to adhere to information security services and tools required to reduce risk.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise
• Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
• Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of managing multiple medium technology development efforts that influence and lead broader work team and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with the technology team and more experienced management within Technology Business Services functional area to resolve Information Technology issues and provide customers with best possible solutions
• Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services of high profile business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services
• Ensure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions
• Provide guidance on leveraging new technology

Job Requirements:

• Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
• 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years of relationship management experience with business and technology partners
• 5+ years of process definition and documentation experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Ability to analyze metrics and articulate data trends both visually and verbally
• Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
• 2+ years of information security experience
• Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
