Job Description:

  • The Campaign Executive, UK will work closely with the UK Marketing Manager, the Head of Brand and Marketing, Central and European marketing teams, the easyJet and easyJet holidays commercial and digital teams, plus key agency and supplier partners, to support the delivery of UK-wide marketing campaigns and creative assets. They will manage the creative development and implementation of UK campaigns for both flights and holidays, whilst also managing the implementation of pan-European marketing initiatives, such as Sales and Seat Releases.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a profile of local trade-driving competitor activity, as well as best practices from beyond the travel sector, to inspire future opportunities for easyJet
  • Understand the customer segments and associated insights
  • Activation of social and digital campaigns in the UK
  • Establish effective and efficient ways of working with Central and European Campaign Execs
  • Implementation of flight and holidays marketing campaigns for UK, across all channels including Social, Digital, Press, TV, Radio and OOH
  • Collaborate across the European marketing function to ensure synergy of messaging and tone of voice
  • Manage timelines and campaign budgets for local campaign initiatives, working closely with creative and media agencies to deliver on time and budget
  • End-to-end management of UK-specific campaigns to support local brand and commercial objectives
  • Support the implementation in the UK of pan-European campaigns provided by the Central Marketing team, including tactical sales, brand building and schedule releases, as well as easyJet’s sustainability initiatives
  • Report on campaign ROI, helping to feed into future planning

Qualification & Experience:

  • Ability to deliver results through initiative, creativity & ability to deliver
  • Minimum 4-6 years working in a marketing team, either Client or Agency-side, on a large consumer brand
  • Experience working with creative agencies across multiple channels
  • Good understanding of the marketing campaign process, from planning, to briefing, creative development, production and measurement
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Particular interest in social and digital marketing
  • Good creative judgment
  • Flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
