Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize IRI and other insights data to assist with Category Reviews, internal presentations, weekly reporting, and special project work.
• Successfully communicate and partner with internal teams (Sales Strategy, CIO, Category Development, Demand Planning and Customer Service) to deliver against plan objectives.
• Provide direction to direct employees (National Account Manager and Sales Analyst) and cross functional resources to find insights to drive strategic plan, and execute the plan with excellence.
• Manage the trade budget and develop new business opportunities to maximize sales and profitability.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop, monitor, and refine shipment and JBP forecasts using account POS, IRI and other data to deliver against business plan, customer in stock goals and Henkel forecast accuracy measures.
• Work with internal Henkel Beauty e-Com / Digital teams to drive adoption of marketing and brand initiatives for Walmart e-Com / Digital platforms.
• Strengthen Henkel’s position as Walmart’s preferred partner by providing category solutions with Henkel brands that drive total category growth.
• Lead the category review process to successfully launch/commercialize both base and new item innovation at Walmart.

Qualification & Experience:

• Strong Excel, Power Point, Power BI, analytic and negotiation skills
• Experience with large group and one on one presentations
• College degree in related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Walmart
