PPE is seeking an experienced European Marketing Director to serve as the leader of customer marketing, channel marketing, integrated marketing campaigns, content marketing, messaging, and digital presence within the region. The role will function as a focal point to oversee and execute strategic integrated marketing initiatives, messaging platforms, event strategies, web experience, and demand generation program development while supporting our front
In this role, the candidate will interface with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, strategic marketing, offering management, and commercial excellence to set the strategy and priorities for the business in terms of awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This position will report to the Senior Director of Global Customer Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a cross-regional team and network for PPE marketing to exploit commercial synergies globally
  • Drive Shift to Digital /E-commerce
  • Drive Marketing Performance Measurements with analytics and messaging around key verticals
  • Support Sales and Industry teams and lead a quarterly planning process to identify the right objectives, strategies, and prioritization for the region and targeted segments
  • Channel Distribution Management
  • Develop Marketing Strategies to drive new customer growth
  • Launch NPI’s in market
  • Lead a High Performing Team, including training and career development
  • Develop Differentiated Content and Campaigns both written and through digital channels

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in buyer journey development
  • Experience in demand generation
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strategy and execution skills with ability to operate strategically, tactically, and operationally.
  • High degree of business acumen with primary orientation toward process/systems, speed, cost quality and creating customer value and results.
  • Ability to operate collaboratively in a matrixed team environment with a win-win orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful marketing programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking/planning skills and experience, with a proven track record of executing high-impact, results-oriented marketing programs.
  • MBA preferred
  • Extensive years of Marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Extensive Marketing or Sales experience
  • Experience in marketing performance reporting, analysis, and insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills, ability to motivate, build high performance cross-functional teams, and the capacity to lead a branch wide, geographically dispersed organization.
  • Extensive years of experience managing marketing teams.
  • Some experience building and executing digital marketing campaigns, online advertising, and social media strategies in a B-to-B marketing environment.
