Job Description:

You will be responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work to increase sales / profits and minimize costs / losses – including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
• Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel / payroll related administrative duties are completed
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas, handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Quick Serve Restaurant Manager will hire, train, coach and develop restaurant employees to build a strong cohesive team
• Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
