Job Description:

Your role is to lead your Multi Brand team and grow the Multi Brand business within your door. You will work across all accounts which include Lancôme, Urban Decay, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Giorgio Armani & L’Oréal Designer Fragrances to achieve your business objectives.
Working closely with your Multi Brand Area Manager you will develop and maintain positive relationships with your Department and Retailer. Multi Brand will be a significant driver of retail in your store so it will be important to engage them in eventing, merchandising and promotional launches amongst other important levers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep up to date on the beauty market and latest beauty trends using social media competitor information.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, legibly and on time by all managers.
  • Use analytical skills to appraise the business’ strengths and weaknesses.
  • Competitor awareness – keep yourself informed on competitor launches, products and brand performance against your own.
  • Be fully aware of each brand retail launch calendar and key priorities by brand.
  • Ensure merchandising guidelines are followed in store, maintaining brand images.
  • Fully accountable for achievement of business targets and performance by brand.
  • Set personal targets and monitor each team member’s individual performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work closely with all internal departments, Sales and Marketing, Customer Services, the warehouse, IT and Finance, requiring the need to be a proactive team-player, and be able to build relationships quickly.
  • Ability to manage complexity and be able to consider things from multiple perspectives.
  • Ability to build strong networks within internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • A logical and rational mindset; simplifying complex problems and offering clear and effective solutions.
  • Capacity to understand the bigger business picture.
  • Ability to think about better ways of working and make ideas a reality.
  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  • A technical mind but keen to work within the heart of a business.
  • Numerate and PC literate: Strong Excel skills in particular.
