Job Responsibilities:
- Working with EP product engineering team to optimize test stability and drive product yields to entitlement
- Interfacing with Analog Technology Development and other TI Fabs to solve technical issues and share best practices
- Working with failure analysis (FA) to determine root cause of low yield material
- Ownership of product family of devices from Embedded Processing Business Unit which utilize embedded FRAM memory
- Working with cross functional teams across the DMOS6 organization to improve fab processes and product yield and ensure product quality
- Working with probe and assembly test sites to disposition DMOS6 manufactured material to ensure valid electrical test results and that any outlier material is appropriately screened/contained
Job Requirements:
- Solid understanding of fab process flow
- Demonstrated ability to multiplex between projects and be able to maintain project schedules
- Excellent communication skills with ability to provide frequent, clear project status or technical updates to management
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- (2) years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of semiconductor product testing
- Good understanding of FRAM memory fab process flow, electrical operation and testing
- Demonstrates data analysis expertise using std TI tools/databases/techniques (MBAYSE, Spotfire, Sleuth, KLARITY, ESDA, inline/parametric to multiprobe correlation, tool commonality analysis, waterfall chart analysis, SMS process history review, EFA, PFA mySPC, tool Trackworks, TIMs,..)
- Working knowledge of TI SMS
